To help ease your day. We offer a pick up and drop off service for your dog within a 20km radius in Maple Ridge.
Please let us know during your booking if you require pickup/drop off and we’d be happy to go the extra mile!
Walk-ins & Appointments
We take all appointments and encourage pre-booking future appointments.

Walk-ins are welcome, depending on what your pups needs, but be assured we will accommodate as best we can.
Our Policies
How we keep your pets safe
​For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we cannot groom dogs that come with fleas or lice.
We can groom un-altered males or females, but not while in heat, pregnant or nursing.
What we ask from you
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to go over your dogs Grooming needs.
We will contact you 15 mins before your dog is ready for pick up. We ask you arrive within 1 hour of our call, otherwise you may be charged a half-day Daycare rate of $25.00 on top of your Grooming costs.
If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice or show up to a scheduled Groom could result in being charged a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
If you are running late, please call us to reschedule your dogs appointment as we do not accept arrivals 20 minutes past their scheduled start time.
